Print Project Manager
INK by STUN, print and digital division of Stun, an award winning entertainment advertising agency based in Los Angeles, is seeking a self-driven, proactive, Assistant Print Project Manager/Producer to collaborate with our creative team on entertainment advertising projects, primarily Key Art. The Assistant Project Manager will be working on various print and digital projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in the management of the creative process from concept though delivery.
- Set clear expectations for tasks and deliverables; provide timely feedback, information and direction to teams while diplomatically managing expectations.
- Assist producers/account executives in working with copywriter, designers, creative directors, executives, proofreader, and retouchers.
- Assist producers/account executives in developing and maintaining project briefs, schedules, projects budgets and estimate and plan resources
- Responsible for asset management and organization
- Responsible for file organization and management
- Responsible for maintain and reconciling internal budgets and client billing
- Prepare client presentations and posting links
- Help producers with internal photo shoots
- Collaborate with team to ensure client expectations are managed with regard to scope, progress, schedule and budget.
- Shipping, receiving, and distributing packages
Job requirements:
Position requires strong knowledge in print production for Key Art Advertising, TV Upfronts, out-of-home, premiums, packaging and events.
Previous agency and/or entertainment experience helpful. Must have TV or Theatrical Experience to be considered.

- great interpersonal skills and a “do whatever-it-takes attitude”

Position is freelance, per project basis, may lead to full time opportunity, and must be available to start immediately. Day rate.

Interactive Designer

You’ll make a difference here with your design experience, leadership attitude and willingness to attend to the details and develop your skill sets. Our client roster will deepen your portfolio and provide extensive opportunities for you to design best in class interactive. This growth position has opportunities for the right individual to develop into an Art Director.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside Creative Director and Art Directors to develop ideas and solutions for clients
- Coordinate with Project Managers and team to implement designs for projects
Requirements:
- 1+ years of industry experience (Agency preferred)
- Extensive knowledge of Online advertising and Rich Media Ads, including best practices and limitations
- Exceptional Portfolio showing strong Layout, Design and Typography
- Understands the principles of animation and how to apply them
- Attention to detail and passion for creating pixel perfect designs
- Understanding of other Web Technologies and how they interact
- Handle Stress and tight deadlines with smile
- Strong Communication skills
Bonus Points:
- Entertainment design experience
- Motion Graphics experience with Adobe After Effects
- Video Editing experience
- Experience with 3D software package

The Account Executive will be working on various print and digital projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage day-to-day process of multiple projects and clients.
- Manage creative process from concept though delivery.
- Manage client relationship and expectations. Make tactile and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Excellent communication skills. Both internal with teams, cross departmental and in client facing (including pitches and proposals)
- Set clear expectations for tasks and deliverables; provide timely feedback, information and direction to teams while diplomatically managing expectations.
- Work directly copywriter, designers, creative directors, executives, proofreader, and retouchers.
- Develop and maintain project briefs, schedules, project internal and external budgets and plan resources
- Strong production knowledge to work with production team and ensure files are developed and delivered correctly.
- Has strong client relations and responsible for bringing in new business and identifying new opportunities to grow the business.
- Help build diverse dynamic team of creatives
