Ethan Hawke has never been creepier in this disturbing poster. Sometimes hiding the look of the big bad works best for a horror film but other times, like in this case, putting them front and center really grabs your interest.

Nope

Although telling us almost nothing about the film, the unique and slightly unsettling visuals of this design pique one's interest while keeping the plot of the movie a mystery.

Pearl

The stark contrast between the innocent look of Mia Goth, the bloody hands, and the axe wielding killer wonderfully captures the twisted personality of the title character.

Smile

A horror movie with that title needs to showcase a creepy smile and this design definitely delivers with an eerie smirk peeking out from a body bag.

Something in the Dirt

Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead tend to have very eye-catching posters for their films. (Check out past designs for The Endless and Synchronic.) This design is no exception. The images of two men witnessing something in the desert, an upside-down cityscape, and an eclipse combine to create an eye staring out at us in this memorable poster.
